It's decent but
1) it had a very odd smell. Had to open it all up to air it out for about 4 days and it is still a faint smell after a few weeks of use.

2) the "stand up" feet are in the center of the bottom, they need to move them more to the front for it to not be front heavy and fall over. .

3) SO FAR, we haven't had any issues with the telescoping handle, fingers crossed it stays that way. But we know to expect it based on others reviews.

4) the zippers work well, although the biggest pocket zippers go down into the bottle holder side pockets making it hard to unzip completely.

5) even when empty it is somewhat heavy, 5lbs as an empty bag. But it doesn't have to be carried. Just up and down stairs.

6) the look, pattern, colors are all nice and it seems to roll nicely.

7) it looks more roomy than it actually is.
Overall, I would recommend this bag as it had helped my middle schooler not have to carry a very heavy bag as our school does not have lockers. But just buy it with the acceptance of there might be specific issues,and be ok with that.
