Hi ! I don’t know who to blame but I was out of town and the shipment was left on ups rather than my house , and I did put on the form when it was bought the correct address , couldn’t received the support form this issue , I called both ups and Tilamionline and no results . So I paid more for this to happen

Very good quality backpack last more that one school year
The size was what I expected. It has sufficient room for books and a section for a laptop. The lunch bag is big and can take a lot of snacks, lunch, drinks etc.
