Originally I reached out to customer service because I didn’t receive the order they replied to ask if I received it and I told them I didn’t and I never heard back from them. Fast forward the backpack was wrongly delivered. My niece hasn’t even had the back pack for 2 weeks and the strap already ripped and she can’t wear the straps which is frustrating. I haven’t reached out to customer service yet because from the previous time it very clear they won’t respond when something is wrong.
