One of the wheels on our backpack was damaged when we unboxed the product, and Tilami Customer Service was very prompt in addressing this issue. They quickly sent us a new backpack and made it easy for us to return the original one. My daughter is enjoying the backpack -- it holds a lot of heavy books and binders and appears to be sturdy.
Our 11 yr old granddaughter was carrying a very heavy old backpack for school work in 5th grade this year so I decided to order the backpack with wheels like luggage. It came with a lunch carrier and looked great and was made very well. It helped relieve the backache she was getting from carrying that heavy load prior. So glad we ordered it this year and picked a beautiful design that will carry her thru Middle school. Weāll see how it holds up for her.
She had started to complain that her back hurt from carrying her backpack. So she chose this one to use. She was rough and tough with it and it is still in great condition to be used next year.
The only part I didnāt like is that once filled with her school stuff it would tip forward and would not stay standing. Hence the lower rating of sturdiness.
Love this roller backpack EXCEPTā¦ the inside space was really small in each of the compartments and didnāt fit all my daughterās school books and folders. SOLUTIONā¦ we cut out the inside pouch/ lining between the largest and next zipper to create one large open cavity inside the backpack. This fits just great and work for us! Before everything was getting caught up when we were putting books and what not into the backpack and was a big hassle for us. And, we couldnāt fit her lunchbox and all her books in the same compartment but but now it all fits together. Check out the video I posted as a for example!
