Disgusted at the delivery of my boxes

I was totally disgusted with the delivery of the merchandise. The boxes were damaged and it looked as though someone threw it at my door. Please keep in mind that I live in South Florida and it rains heavily throughout the day intermittently. Please note, two rolling bags were ordered. I am not happy with this year service. This is my second year of purchasing a rolling bookbag and I am not sure if it will be a third. These bags range from 85.00 plus and quality care should be taken seriously. COVID is over and customers can easily purchase items such as these in store. I hope this review will shed some light on how you ship your future items.

The quality of the rolling bags are satisfactory and this is the reason why I returned to the website for another purchase. I would definitely think twice about having it shipped to my home.
