AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUT I RECCOMEND GETTING THE SIZE UP!

I bought this TWICE for each of my 3 and 5 yr old. I NEVER write reviews like this but figure other moms need to know (because I wish I would have). When they arrived, I was thrilled and the quality looked excellent and my girls LOVED them.

Good to see a company that have our kids back!

This backpack is kinda pricey but I was lucky enough to get it on sale. This backpack on wheels blows the other ones away! The wheels are sturdy and the wheels in the cheaper ones look like clear see thru legos that would last maybe a month in a kids school year!
